Published on 29/12/2024, United KingdomNot good if intending to use as a 5m ladder. When converted into normal ladder mode the weight at the extended end is too heavy to safely manage (due to telescopic design). Also very weak at the middle hinge point, says ladder is able to manage up to 150kgs but there was some serious flexing at my 100 kgs which did not inspire any confidence to move higher than 2 metres. As a step ladder the product is fine (if it had a brace to stop legs spreading) this is not a product I would recommend if you want to reach higher levels.

Published on 30/09/2024, United KingdomA very sturdy ladder, easy and quick to erect and collapse. I feel very safe on this ladder at any height and the option to have it in an A-frame is valuable. Heavy at 23kg but that only adds to the solid sturdiness. Highly recommended!

Published on 10/07/2024, United KingdomThe product itself is a good piece of engineering, however, I was not aware of the weight of this ladder, I didn’t realise you had to be 6’4” and a body builder to be able to move it, it’s in it’s cardboard box having struggled with my wife to get it back in! I have asked ManoMano if I can return it and they said of course you can , please take it to the nearest drop off point!! As I can’t even lift it this makes it impossible, I’ve tried to get hold of DPD to take it back but they have a “Hadrians” wall around ways of retuning the item, it makes it very difficult to send back, so now because ManoMano don’t want it back even if I have a replacement it will gather dust in my garage for ever or until I die!!
