This portable electric soldering iron features a disassemblable tin wire scaffolding, making it user-friendly and efficient. It operates with tin wire of diameters ranging from 0.8 to 2.3 mm, providing versatility for various soldering tasks.

  • Usage

  • When using the soldering gun for the first time, heat it for a few minutes; some smoke is normal and will dissipate shortly.
  • Insert the tin wire into the mouth of the gun and pull the trigger in the direction of the arrow until the solder wire reaches the nozzle.
  • To stop using or replace the tin wire, pull the card reader up and remove the tin wire.
  • For heater replacement, remove the protective cover, disconnect the heating element, and replace the iron tip with the new heat core.
  • Other information

  • Be cautious as the iron and iron pipe can reach temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius; avoid touching them.
  • Always place the soldering gun on its bracket when not in use.
  • Turn off the power after finishing work to save energy and allow the device to cool down.
