General description
The 60W 9.99A 30V Constant Current Electronic Load Aging Battery Capacity Tester Module is designed for testing and aging batteries with precision. It features an original IR power tube and a high-speed fan with stepless variable speed temperature control, ensuring stable operation over long periods. The classic digital tube display offers intuitive readings and is more resistant to high temperatures compared to LCD displays. The module includes a rotary encoder for easy adjustments and a buzzer for operational prompts, making it user-friendly.

Installation
To set up the tester, connect a 12V working power supply. Ensure the device is in the stop state before connecting the power supply to the test input power port (P+ P-), paying attention to the polarity to avoid incorrect connections.
Usage
The tester operates in two modes:
- Electronic Load Mode: After powering on, ensure the device is in stop state. Connect the tested power supply and monitor the operation.
- Battery Capacity Test Mode: Ensure the battery is fully charged with a dedicated charger before testing.
The tester automatically saves power and retains set parameters and running status, restoring them after a power failure.
Other information
Fault protection codes include:
ERR3: Internal resistance too high or battery cannot withstand set discharge current.
ERR4: Circuit failure.
ERR6: Inappropriate working power supply (use a standard 12V regulated power supply with at least 0.5A current).
OTP: Overheat protection.
ERT: Faulty temperature sensor or low temperature.
OPP: Instantaneous power too high in electronic load mode.
