General description

Everbuild 703 Fix & Grout Tile Adhesive is a premium-grade, ready-mixed adhesive designed for both bonding tiles and grouting. It features a fungicide to prevent mould growth and dries to a brilliant white finish, making it ideal for various applications in kitchens and bathrooms.

Installation

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or loose material before application

Prime porous surfaces with diluted PVA and allow to dry

Apply adhesive at a depth of 3-6mm using a notched trowel for dry areas or directly for wet areas

Press tiles firmly into the adhesive, twisting slightly to remove air pockets

Remove excess adhesive with a damp sponge or cloth before it dries

Allow the adhesive to cure for 24-72 hours before grouting

Usage

As an adhesive: Apply to clean, dry, and sound surfaces using a notched trowel to spread evenly

Press tiles into place and secure with a slight twist

As a grout: Spread with a squeegee or sponge into joints up to 6mm wide

Ensure joints are fully filled and free of voids

Allow to dry for 24-72 hours before grouting or exposing to water

This product is suitable for interior use only and should not be used on floors or in swimming pools

Designed for surfaces that are not exposed to continuous water immersion

Proper curing time is essential for optimal performance and to prevent issues such as mould growth or bond failure

Perfect! The only slight criticism is that it does not include an applicator. However, it was a great consistency and went on smoothly. It dries to a brilliant white. I would buy again.
