The inlet and outlet are visible and this means the shower doesn’t sit flush. It sits to one side also the power cables which are very thick sit on the outside and there is no visible way to hide them! It is a tiny box and not aesthetically pleasing as it appears. I had mine installed and the water was spouting out even when switched off! So I’m sorry to say this is one product not worth the money or time spent on it.

Customer reviews
I needed a 6 kw shower to fit my exsisting cable. Anything more would overload the cable. The product seems to work well in the couple of times I have used it so thats all good. Not so good is that if any fault appears there is no way of getting the front off without taking it off the wall. The front is fixed on from screws that screw it on from the back so without it taken down it can't be worked on. But once it is off the wall then there is no plumbing to it so no water also no electric so no testing for faults or finding leaks. The next not so good thing is that all the kit comes just fine bar for one hic up. The last part where you connect the water supply to the water regulater is a steel pipe connection. So you must buy a 15 mm copper to steel reducer. I took the regulator to the plumbers merchents, and they took ages to find the right part, but got there in the end. So all in all it seems a good product as long as it don't break down. It looks quiet good so now only time will tell.
