Sent wrong size but having a problem getting it collected and have my refund back

Construction took longer than expected and some diagrams on the instructions were a little confusing. But everything went together in the end and we have a shed just waiting for the wood floor. Pieces well numbered, although an up arrow might be useful to indicate orientation. This is where some confusion came in and we had to redo some joints. PROS - Quick delivery in manageable boxes. Overall good value for money, CONS - Lots of pieces. Patience not included in them!

Not erected it yet, still in the 3 box's poor weather and high winds have stopped work.now erected, 4 angle parts damaged but delivery box's were not damaged so assume damaged at factory prior to delivery, the shed took 6 hours to assemble in heavy rain and high winds, looks good when erected

The weather has been against us, so I've only had time to do an inventory check, but it seems to be good quality materials and the fact that you get tools and gloves is a bonus.
