Made from peat-free, biodegradable wood pulp, these 6cm round fibre seedling pots are designed to enhance hydration and promote stronger, healthier plants. Ideal for seeds, seedlings, and cuttings, they reduce root disturbance by allowing you to plant directly into the ground, eliminating the need for transplanting or repotting.

Usage

Fill pots to the brim with good compost and water until fully saturated.

Ready for seed sowing, transplanting small plants, or rooting cuttings.

Sow seeds according to the seed packet instructions, typically one or more seeds per pot, covering with 2-3mm of fine compost.

Maintain a temperature of 16-20 degrees Celsius for optimal growth.

For seedlings, transplant them into these pots to ensure strong growth.

Handle seedlings carefully and water them well once positioned.

For rooting cuttings, prepare them and dip the ends in rooting compound if necessary, then push firmly into the compost and water well.

Transfer to larger pots or final positions when the plant is large enough and roots have penetrated the pot wall, ensuring the pot rim is covered when planting.
