9-50V 2000W Motor Governor with Shell 40A DC Brush Motor Governor Dimming and Temperature Regulation Module
IMDN12 type DC governor. The governor is a 9-50V voltage universal DC governor. The use of imported FET/imported special speed control driver IC/PCB is 2oz 70 micron thickened copper foil, and the high current balanced PCB layout makes the output PWM waveform perfect and more efficient.
IMDN12-40A DC regulator is positioned as an entry-level industrial regulator with the characteristics of small size, wide voltage, large current, low temperature rise, high reliability and low price.

(1) Working voltage: wide operating voltage range DC 9V-50V

(2) Control power: 0.01-2000W (the maximum instantaneous current is 40A, and the long-term operating current should be controlled within 20A). Different operating voltages correspond to different control powers as follows;

When the operating voltage is 12V, 12V x 40A = 480W

When the operating voltage is 24V, 24Vx40A = 960W

When the operating voltage is 36V, 36Vx40A = 1440W

When the operating voltage is 40V, 40Vx40A = 1600W

When the operating voltage is 50V, 50Vx40A = 2000W

(3) Quiescent current: 0.025A (when the operating voltage is between DC10V and DC50V, the quiescent current is not will not exceed 25ma)

(4) PWM duty cycle: 5% to 100%

(6) Operating temperature: -20 -- 40 (ambient temperature -20 degrees below zero to 40 degrees above zero) This regulator is industrial grade and can work stably in a sub-zero environment, usually a commercial grade regulator. It is not possible to work stably below zero.

1. When shipping, the potentiometer is removed and placed in the case, so as to prevent the product from being damaged during transportation.

2. When wiring, pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the power supply must not be reversed. Reverse connection is equivalent to a short circuit, and the current is very large, which will instantly burn out the regulator. Follow the instructions on side of the connection terminals for wiring.

3. The governor is a DC governor, and the power supply must be a DC power supply between 9 and 50V.
