The "flower" is very beautiful, but it lacks a ballasting accessory, either a base, or a suitable shaped weight to place in the heart of the flower.

Beautiful decoration, the longevity remains to be seen because the metal rusts and the colors risk leaving. The fixing system is not great: only one screw to fix and hold the petals in place.
