Our 60 Litre Sprayer is an ideal addition to your ATV or Quad Bike for spraying farmland, gardens, shrubs, and more. It is primarily designed for pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical growth regulators, although it can also be used with water. The sprayer features over 5 metres of hose, ensuring coverage of all necessary areas for maintaining your land or achieving a bumper harvest. It comes equipped with a diaphragm pump for a steady, high-pressure stream, and its robust, anti-corrosion design ensures high reliability and a long service life.

Installation

The tank, chassis, and hose come partially assembled. To complete the assembly, follow these steps:

Fix the traction frame to the chassis using the included: X2 8mm x 60mm Bolts, X2 8mm Flat Washers, X2 8mm Spring Washers, X2 8mm Nuts.

Pass the wheel shaft through the chassis and place the wheels on either end, securing them with: X2 16mm Flat Washers, X2 16mm Spring Washers, X2 16mm Nuts.

Attach the upright posts to the back of the product using: X6 8mm x 15mm Bolts, X6 8mm Flat Washers, X6 8mm Spring Washers, X6 8mm Nuts.

Assemble the beam by fitting one bar into the other, securing it with: X3 8mm x 15mm Bolts, X3 8mm Flat Washers, X3 8mm Spring Washers, X3 8mm Nuts.

Install the spray lance clamps under the small holes on the beam using: X4 5mm x 15mm Bolts, X4 5mm Flat Washers, X4 5mm Spring Washers, X4 5mm Nuts.

Connect the power cord to a vehicle battery once all other components are assembled.

Note: Tools are not included.

Usage

To optimize the distribution of spray contents, it is recommended to keep the spray lance at a height of 50 cm when spraying herbicides or soil treatment, and at 30 cm when spraying insecticides, fungicides, and growth regulators.
