Our 100 Litre Sprayer is an ideal addition to your ATV or Quad Bike for spraying farmland, gardens, shrubs, and more. It is designed for pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical growth regulators, ensuring your land remains well-maintained and productive. The sprayer features over 5 metres of hose for extensive coverage and a diaphragm pump for a steady, high-pressure stream. Installation

The tank, chassis, and hose come partially assembled. The installation process includes the following steps:

Attach the traction frame to the chassis using the included X2 8mm x 60mm bolts, flat washers, spring washers, and nuts.

Pass the wheel shaft through the chassis and place the wheels on either end, securing them with the included X2 16mm flat washers, spring washers, and nuts.

Install the upright posts on the back of the product, aligning the holes and securing them with X6 8mm x 15mm bolts, flat washers, spring washers, and nuts.

Assemble the beam by fitting one bar into the other and securing it to the upright posts using X3 8mm x 15mm bolts, flat washers, spring washers, and nuts.

Attach the spray lance clamps under the beam using X4 5mm x 15mm bolts, flat washers, spring washers, and nuts.

Connect the manometer to the tank lid using the rubber washer.

Finally, connect the power cord to the battery of your vehicle.

Note: Tools are not included.

Usage

To optimize the distribution of spray contents, it is recommended to keep the spray lance at a height of 50 cm when spraying herbicides or soil treatments, and at 30 cm when spraying insecticides, fungicides, and growth regulators.

Haven’t tried it yet . Assembly was a bit difficult not easy to follow as pictures very small and index on a different page . Lots of bits left over ? Couple of straps missing not sure if these should of been included . Concerned tyres may not be strong enough when full of spray and on rough ground
