How to Use: (Air compressor must weigh at least 5 kg)
1. Preparation:
Depending on the viscosity for gelcoat, select the appropriate nozzle diameter (nozzle type for selection 1-8 (small to large, please purchase separately).
2 steps:
Cover the lid on the cup filled with material and press down.
The jet nozzle is inserted into the mouth of the spray gun before the injection port until the nozzle is exposed.
Hold the handle, hold the bolt; air will be expelled from the jet port.
Note 1: When performing the above steps, the nozzle must always be in place to prevent leakage. Fill the material, adjust the control valve, and adjust the material for optimal atomization. The mold surface should be aligned with the nozzle before spraying.
Suggestion: When spraying, the nozzle and the mold surface should be at a 90-degree angle. Note 2: During the injection process, remember not to point at the nozzle itself or others to avoid accidental injury. When you stop spraying, it will tilt when you release the bolt, so the material will come out of the gun along with the cleaning solution, tips, and feed cups. Washed, coated with oil, to prepare for the next use.
