Good autonomy in the event of a power outage. Battery recharge in three modes depending on the desired recharge speed (450w, 1200w or 2096w). Effective after-sales service. I had a problem with my AllPower R4000, the after-sales service took care of the return, then sent me a new battery as a standard exchange, always without shipping costs. It worked perfectly for two years, then one day it started emitting smoke and venting gases. I had to pay for a replacement, which turned into a so-called repair. As a result, I never saw my solar generator again. My loss was €1440 for the purchase price plus €320 for shipping. Thanks a lot, ManoMano and AllPowers.

For the time being I have noticed a communication fault between the device and my WiFi. It only partially takes into account the wifi application. Treatment of the problem in progress with the after-sales service Mano mano and Allpowers... We will see what happens next.. I asked for an exchange if Allpowers should not be able to solve the problem remotely... For the time being still being processed pending a position statement from the manufacturer and the retailer.
