Installation

For first use, coat the sealing ring and the upper handle stop rod with a small amount of cooking oil to facilitate opening and closing.

When closing the lid, align the "▽" mark on the handle with the "△" mark on the lower handle, buckle the lid, and turn the upper handle clockwise until aligned to close completely.

Usage

Suitable for gas stoves, electric ceramic stoves, and electric furnaces.

Do not use on induction cookers.

When cooking, start with high heat and then simmer with low heat.

Food and water should not exceed 3/4 of the pot capacity.

After cooking, wait until the air pressure is fully released before opening the lid.

For cleaning, rinse with water and dry; the detachable lid allows for easy cleaning.

Other information

Features multiple safety protections, including a pressure limiting valve, pressure relief window, and float valve to prevent accidental opening under pressure.

Recommended to replace the sealing silicone ring every 6 to 12 months based on usage frequency.
