Installation
- To close the lid, turn the knob in the opposite direction as indicated by the arrow, in order to lower the spring-loaded clamping bar until it is close to the lid.
- Place the lid flat between the pot body and the pot legs for a perfect fit.
Use
- When cooking fine rice, when the pressure relief valve begins to release gas, reduce the heat to avoid splattering the rice and soup.
- Before To open the lid, remove the pot from the heat source and allow it to cool slowly to room temperature or cool it with cold water.
- When the pressure cooker has cooled, slightly lift the pressure relief valve to release any remaining gas before opening the lid.
