Step 2: Heat the surface of the base material until the wire reaches its working temperature of 380℃~400℃. This allows the welding wire to transfer heat from the base metal to form welds. Do not use a flame to burn the wire. When the base metal surface temperature is sufficient, the wire will flow and penetrate the metal capillary tube. Step 3: When repairing thin aluminum, once the aluminum base metal is heated to the appropriate working temperature, use the back-and-forth friction of the wire to form a weld. Only use a molten metal brush to weld the wire to the joint. Step 4: Using propane gas at the welding center, use an industrial gas or induction heating device to heat and weld the large object. Allow to cool naturally after welding. NOTE: 1. The base metal surface must be clean. 2. The base metal temperature must reach 400°C. During the welding process, the base metal temperature must be maintained at 400°C. The temperature can be either high or low.
