PWM Signal Input Level Range:
4.5 V to 10 V peak-to-peak, jumper inserted at 5 V.This type of signal is primarily intended for conventional industrial control boards (such as MACH3 boards), for 5 V for the CPU interface.
Peak-to-peak level: 12 to 24 V, jumper inserted at 24 V.This type of signal is primarily intended for conventional PLC interfaces. Explanation of the 0-10V analog voltage output: When the signal input port is not connected, the output port outputs 0V.The first time we turn on this module, it is better to calibrate it: find a 50% duty cycle signal, connect it to DIN-, DIN+, the amplitude corresponds to the corresponding jumper. When the frequency is between 1kHz and 3kHz, use a multimeter to test AO, GND. The meter should read around 5.4V. We adjust the potentiometer on the converter module so that the multimeter displays approximately 5.4 V. Once this was done, we calibrated and matched the pulse signal with this converter module. The module has a definition of 0.1V. Output current 10mA. If the duty cycle is opposite to the voltage, we can select the PWM STEP LOW/ACTIVE output pin for MACH3 software.
