    The product didn't arrive and they kindly sent me a replacement right away, which arrived different and incorrect. After 17 days, still nothing. I have to return the product using a procedure that's still unclear and wait for the correct product to arrive. Tip: In the age of Amazon, you have to be on the same page or you won't be able to continue, and price isn't the only selling point.
