Description

General description

This Anti-Mould Paint in Magnolia is designed to combat black spot mould (Asperillus Niger) that often arises from condensation build-up in properties. It is particularly effective in areas with poor air circulation, high humidity, and cold conditions, where mould can thrive. This easy-to-apply, solvent-free acrylic emulsion paint not only suppresses mould growth but also enhances the living environment for occupants.

Drying time: Touch dry in 2-3 hours at 18-20°C

Recoat time: Approximately 4 hours after the first coat is dry to touch

Installation

Preparation: Clean the surface by removing dust and any flaking paint to ensure proper bonding.

Pre-treat with Smartseal Mould and Mildew Remover and allow sufficient drying time.

Application: Use a paint brush or roller to apply two even coats, ensuring consistent coverage.

For best results, avoid overloading the brush or roller with paint.
