Delivery good, the humidifier does the job, quite quiet too, easy to use, has reduced the humidity in our bungalow and can clear condensation, running costs too early to tell but hopefully it will prove to be a good buy

First time trying a dehumidifier and this is doing a great job. Mainly being used for drying laundry. Drying my washing in a few hours and keeping the damp away. Easy to use and the tank is more than big enough to cope with 2 airers full of clothes.

My first experience of using a dehumidifier seems to have got off to a good start with this unit. I chose this unit after looking an many designs which seem to be the same unit rebadged based on very similar features. This Italian design seems to be completely different and independent in its design. On first startup in my kitchen (4.8m x 2.4m) it read humidity as 78%, (outside humidity being in the 90%+) but during 30 min use that reduced to 55%. It helps reduce the washing drying time too in a closed room of 3m x 3m. Also seen the condensation on the windows almost disappear using the smart setting that has the unit coming on and off during the evening. The Wi-Fi control of the unit works well which I often use to run the unit when I am out over the day. Sadly, that functionality does not integrate into Google home at this time. Noise levels are fine with the fan on low but anything higher it's not going to melt into the background if you're in the same room. Weight may be a problem. Easy to move around on its wheels but carrying upstairs or down needs a degree of strength but I think that would be true of any unit of this capacity. The only weakness in design I have found so far is pouring out the water from the tank doesn't flow very well. It does make a difference to power usage over the day as might be expected and certainly would mount up over the course of a month if used every day but at least I know that power usage has made a difference and served a purpose. A smaller unit may have been running longer and not really achieved the desired objective. At the time of purchase, it was £120 so good value.
