Installation

Before installing the grinding wheel, apply lubricant to the engine shaft.

Mount the grinding wheel onto the engine shaft, ensuring the fixed screw position is higher than the engine shaft.

The grinding wheel must be positioned at least 1/8" above the operating table.

Secure the grinding wheel on the shaft using a hexagonal wrench in a clockwise direction.

Usage

This machine requires water to operate; it cannot grind without it.

Use a small amount of strength to protect the grinding machine; excessive force can reduce the grinding wheel's lifespan.

To prolong the machine's service life, clean and lubricate the engine shaft after every 25 hours of use, and remove the grinding wheel and fixed screw.

If the grinding wheel is not used for a week or longer, grind it down on stage to prevent the direct axis from sticking.

Avoid grinding metal, as it can damage the grinding wheel and render it ineffective for glass grinding.
