General Description

This coating thickness measuring micrometer, also known as a vehicle paint thickness gauge, is equipped with an LCD screen. It is designed to accurately measure the thickness of non-metallic coatings such as paint and films.   Featuring a large, backlit display, it allows for easy reading of measurements even in the dark. Its high-sensitivity sensor and probe structure offer excellent stability and enable one-click measurement.   Powered by two 1.5V AAA batteries (not included), it consumes little power. Use

1. Preparation: Install two 1.5V AAA batteries (not included) in the device.
2. Calibration (if necessary): Perform calibration according to the instructions in the user manual.
3. Measurement: Place the device's probe on the surface of the coating to be measured and take the measurement by pressing the measurement button.
4. Reading the results: Read the measured thickness on the large LCD screen.
5. Cleaning and storage: Clean the probe after use and store the device carefully.
