General description

Just place the barbecue mat on the cooking grate and lay meat, fish, vegetables, or whatever you want to grill right on the mat. No more scrubbing the grate after barbecuing. Effectively prevent flames from burning with the fat flowing in the flames, which can leave your meats black and dry. After use, you can simply wash it in the dishwasher and reuse it. The barbecue mats work great with any type of barbecue grill, including Weber, Smoker, Charcoal, Propane, or Electric. They can also be used in the oven or microwave and can be cut into any size or shape.

Installation

Always place the mat on the rack, approximately 20 cm above the charcoal or on the lower oven rack.

Do not place directly on the charcoal or on the bottom of the oven.

Usage

The temperature should not exceed 260 °C (500 °F).

Wash with a damp cloth or in the dishwasher after use.

Let the mats cool before washing them in hot soapy water.

Dry with a soft cloth.

Do not fold the mats; store them flat or roll them up when not in use.

Avoid using metal or sharp objects as they can scratch the mats and cause damage.
