The handle's position is too awkward to be comfortable during extended use. The power doesn't compensate for the poor ergonomics, in my opinion, and the heavy weight only makes it worse if used for long periods. I'm disappointed with my purchase.

More than the delivery, it is due to the fact that you and your collaborators did not tell the truth about the product in question as I had been guaranteed, before the purchase and by more than one of the sales operators, that the product offered at that price was equipped with a battery and charger instead; however, next time (if there is one), we will pay more attention to the declarations on the products you sell.
