Published on 04/10/2023, FranceGood morning, My partner and I bought 2 bedside tables with integrated wireless charger, in the evening we place our respective phones (iPhone SE and XS) on our respective tablets on either side of our bed for wireless charging. After several minutes, or hours of charging, our phones are boiling and indicate excessive device temperature. (See attached photo of the screen displayed on our phones when using the wireless charger) We also noticed that the parameters of our devices could be modified during this operation! Additionally, after cooling down and returning to normal operation, the battery charge level only increased by a few percent (around 10 to 15 percent). I would like to point out that we take care to place our phones right in the center of the location provided for this purpose, so we remove our devices from the protective cases or shells. I am worried about using the wireless charger on these bedside tables and their possible consequences (phone damage, fire, etc.) Thank you for your help on the subject! Sincerely
