Description

6" Multifunction Precision Lockdown Vise

During workshop operation, many workpieces minor damage due to their materials or excessive force, which caused work delays or economic losses. Therefore, to avoid damage to your workpiece, we recommend that you use the vise to clamp the workpiece. Our vise has a strong clamping force and can hold the workpiece very firmly. It can ensure the stability of the workpiece and avoid damage

  • Premium Quality Structure
  • Powerful Clamping Force
  • High Accuracy Screw
  • Humanized Design
  • Multifunctional Tool

Key Features

  • 【PREMIUM QUALITY STRUCTURE】 - 45# steel jaws, after high-frequency quenching, undergo improving the wear resistance and service life of the jaws. Vise body for the HT250 high quality cast iron forging, which has good toughness, high strength, and durability.
  • 【POWERFUL CLAMPING FORCE】 - Vise guide surfaces are finely polished, smooth surface. When clamping the workpiece, the movement is stable, the positioning is accurate, and the clamping force can reach up to 19 KN, which is suitable for workpieces of different sizes.
  • 【HIGH ACCURACY SCREW】 - The closed design protects the screw rod and prevents the entry of iron pins and other debris, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning. The vise can be used not only horizontally, sideways, but also vertically, and its accuracy remains at 0.0008" (0.02 mm).
  • 【HUMANIZED DESIGN】 - Our vises are detachable and can be quickly changed. The unique downward pressure design prevents the workpiece from floating when clamped. The hardened swivel handle is a universal joint structure, easy operation, flexible, and convenient to use.
  • 【MULTIFUNCTIONAL TOOL】 - Jaw Width: 6" (150 mm), Jaw Opening: 6.3" (160 mm). Milling Vise is an essential tool for fitters. Most work of the fitters is running by using the clamping vise such as sawing, filing, chiseling, and some assembly and removal jobs.

Durable Material

The vise is made of HT250 high-quality cast iron, with strong toughness, high tensile strength, and wear resistance. Internal refine grinding treatment, smooth use, no jamming, rust, and corrosion resistance.

Hardened Clamping Jaw

The jaws are thickened and finely ground, and the maximum clamping force can reach 29 KN. The lockdown vise machine adopts a fully enclosed design, and iron filings are not easy to enter, which improves the service life of the vise.

Quality Lead Screw

The thread pitch of the ladder screw is larger than the standard screw. The surface is quenched, turned, and ground. It is more wear-resistant, durable, and corrosion-resistant than the ordinary screw, and has higher accuracy.

Adjustable Handle

The universal joint handle is ductile iron material, which is not easy to rust and is flexible and durable. You can precisely adjust the gripping force of the jaws through the handle, and complete the workpiece clamping work excellently.

Precision Design

The guide rail surface is refined ground, seamless contact surface, and the positioning is more accurate. Compared with a standard vise, it can be used upright without affecting the accuracy of clamping the workpiece.

Wide Application

Precision milling vise is the main accessory of precision milling machine and NC/CNC machine tool. Suitable for finishing milling machines, drilling machines, and precision parts.
