Published on 31/08/2026, FranceThe charcoal arrived slightly damaged due to the flimsy packaging. Not a big deal. However, the "white" plastic filters release cloudy white water. I rinsed them several times, but it made no difference. The water coming out remains cloudy. I emptied the water tank twice and finally removed them. I don't trust them. I've bought these filters elsewhere before and never had this problem.
