Taking your time it is easy to assemble using the picture instructions, and a driver with a flexible connector is handy for at least 4 of the bolts. A good size and easy to use BBQ, and a stable construction. On checking preassembled cover I found some of the self tapping screws were not tight, but just kept turning. Hopefully they will hold.
