1st purchase very disappointed. Positive point the processing and speed of my order. Unassembled I saw that the quality of the plastic was very poor. For the cup we can accept but for the chrome part the fixing by the small screw is mediocre. I have just installed it and I think that the repeated removal for cleaning has taken care of this fixation. As for chrome plastic, I remain skeptical. Product not flattering for your business

The black seal broke when put in place. An O-ring would better absorb the diameter difference.

Actually it is not the right model, the right diameter, too big!!! Otherwise the quality seems good. Question: how to determine the right diameter, the right size to order the right model???Thanks for your answer. see photo. The black plastic cylinder is 2.5 cm in diameter, 5 cm long. The flared part at the top is 5.5 cm in diameter. The metal hat that covers the black plastic cone is about 9cm. Thank you very much.
