good adhesion of the discs on the BOSCH brand platter, discs bought in DIY stores do not "stick" for very long

It is much better than all of the other knock-off brands I have tried, but the price is still a bit high. That being said, it's much easier to use because it doesn't come off as much and the grain wears down at a lesser pace. Is it worth it though? From what I undertand, economically, it doesn't make sense, but from a comfort point of view, I'm in!
