The product was poorly manufactured - chain bar failed (split apart at the tip) first time used. Seller did nothing to resolve other than try to get a response from the manufacturer - which never came. The long guarantee was therefore proven to be useless and therefore not worth the extra money. Very bad experience - thank goodness for manomano's representatives and the concrete guarantee.
