Very poor hammer facility, it hammers then it doesn’t hammer Very disappointing performance when bought for breaking cement etc

Drill is good for the price, but the bits and sds chuck well they are good for 1 hole at best, the chuck just comes undone on hammer no mater how much you tighten it, I actually stripped the chuck key tightening the thing and it still came undone! Would I buy again well yes it’s paid for itself knocking out a concreat channel!
