Usage
To use the tester, follow these steps:- Insert the plug into the tester's connector.
- Press the yellow button on the side of the tester.
- If the wiring is correct, all the LEDs will light up. The LEDs indicate the following functions:
- Left turn signal (yellow)
- Fog light or 12V (blue)
- Ground (white)
- Right indicator (green)
- Right rear light (brown)
- Left brake light (red)
- Left rear light (black)
- If an LED does not light up, this indicates a faulty wire. If all the LEDs do not light up, the ground wire is damaged or all the bulbs are defective.
- To test the functions of each pin, turn on the left turn signal (with the ignition key) and check that the corresponding LED flashes.
- Repeat the process for the right turn signal, taillight, fog light, and brake lights.
- An extension cable of approximately 4 meters can facilitate testing from the driver's seat.
