Description

General Description

The multifunctional automotive circuit test stylus is an essential tool designed for automotive professionals and enthusiasts. It is specifically intended for testing and troubleshooting vehicle electrical and electronic systems, with a test voltage range of 6 to 75V DC.   This test stylus is highly versatile and can be used to test continuity, check voltage polarity, inspect bulbs, check motors, trace and locate short circuits, and test for poor ground connections.   Featuring a 13.12-inch test lead, it allows for easy testing of any vehicle electrical system. The tool is equipped with short-circuit protection, enabling real-time detection of poor connections.   Its use is simple: after simply connecting the tool to the vehicle's battery, the automotive technician can transmit the positive and negative currents from the battery to the tip of the probe by pushing the power switch forward or backward. The buzzer activates when the red probe is connected to the positive terminal of the battery and the black probe to the negative terminal; the blue LCD display shows the current battery voltage and the front light illuminates; in case of reverse polarity, the voltage value is not displayed, but the buzzer still activates.

Features

Package List

  • 1 * Circuit Tester
  • 1 * English User Manual

Operation

  1. Preparation: Ensure the vehicle is powered by DC and the voltage is within the range of 6-75V.
  2. Connection: Connect the red tab of the tool to the positive terminal of the vehicle's battery and the black tab to the negative terminal.
  3. Mode Selection: Use the power switch to select whether to transmit positive or negative current to the probe tip.
  4. Testing: Use the probe tip to test the vehicle's electrical components (wiring, bulbs, motors, etc.). The LCD display will show the voltage and the doorbell will activate if the polarity is correct (red pin to positive, black pin to negative).
  5. Interpretation of results:
    • Voltage displayed and doorbell activated: correct polarity.
    • Doorbell activated but no voltage displayed: reversed polarity.
    • Use the test functions to identify short circuits, poor connections, etc.

Instructions

  • Safety: Never use this tool on AC power. Always observe electrical safety rules.
