These Clamps Are Used For Holding Jockey Wheels And Prop Stands On The Side Of Trailers. These Have Rubber Grips On The End Of The Handle For Easier Use And Simply Screw Clockwise Or Anti-Clockwise To Open Or Close The Clamp. These Are Zinc Plated To Resist Rust.
