Usage:

1. Hold one end of the curved cutter in your right hand and slide it upward to open it.

2. Hold the long handle of the expander in your left hand. When the nozzle is cut open, insert the two inserts into the nozzle. Then slide your index finger towards the support to quickly open the expander.

3. Grasp one end of the spoon with the left hand, and separate the side testicles with tweezers; Take one end of the spoon in the opposite direction with your right hand and wrap it around the root of the lower testicles.
