This arrived on time and was really easy to assemble by myself. I put a large litter liner in side which, although it shows on the outside of the box, helps enormously with cleaning. The liner doesn't impact opening or closing the tray. I thought I might have to break the lug off so that the door opened both ways as I have an elderly cat, but it wasn't a problem - he jumps out the top like a teenager! We introduced him to the box with tempting treats, putting them under his nose and then putting them at the back of the box and holding the door open for him at first. I was surprised and delighted to see him use it himself within the hour. If I had any complaints, it would be that it would be better a little bigger - our cat's tail has a tendency to remain poking out, but perhaps he's just being awkward? : -)
