Good quality product. But deadline not respected by the supplier. 15 days late. It is very difficult to do work when you have a delivery deadline that is 15 days late! I paid €31.95 for delivery to wait 3 weeks. Speed/price ratio is outrageous!

The product appears to be of quality. I'm just waiting to see what it will give to the break. The delivery went well, although the box arrived open and I feared for the rosette (fragile product par excellence but which, in the end, does not seem to have suffered)

It is perfectly white with a matte finish, which exactly matched the color of the ceiling. It could be installed quickly and with an acrylic seal the finish is perfect.
