Description

General description

The SIGMA art. 36A5D Chamfer Machine is designed for precise bevel working on various materials including gres porcelain tiles, marble, granite, and glass. It is compatible with angle grinders ranging from 700 to 1400W and features a maximum disk capacity of 100mm (4”). This machine ensures uniform beveling along the entire edge of the tile, adapting to the natural curves of the slab, which is not achievable with rigid guided cutters.

Installation

The fixing kit allows the machine to be securely clamped on a flat surface, enabling the tile to be moved over the machine.

Can be fixed to the Sigma 'Workbench' without the need for tools.

Usage

Ideal for finishing and polishing lateral edges of tiles cut with a blade.

Multiple passes at different angles are required to achieve a bullnose finish.

Suitable for machining at 90°.
