The seat feels as if it's angled forwards causing you to feel as though you're slipping out of the chair. The leg rest for the recline mode is very short and leaves your lower leg and feet hanging over the edge. The motor is quite slow and doesn't raise/lower you evenly; nothing dangerous but a little uneasy feeling. The controls are simple and the massage facility relaxing but to have the raise/recline and massage/heated seat options working in tandem the chair requires two plug sockets.

Nice and like the drinks places. Should lean further down to make it perfect.

Not at all bad value for money, had problems with the headrest not being supportive enough, then found that it is moveable up and down, and was ok, NO ASSEMBLEY OR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS IN BOX WITH IT, what a shame it spoilt the moment.

It is definitely not as comfortable as it states and some reviews mention. The arm rests are too low when seated ( you arms are not supported at all) the material is very hard/stiff. It doesn't sit on the floor very steadily, it sort of rocks around if you move on it at all, the raise /lower features do not have a positive stop, it can be difficult to find the neutral position between raise and tilt.

Yes very happy just got over major surgery so I’m using it all day to relax fantastic chair for a fantastic price

Yes good value comfy. The recliner is a little slow perhaps and the massage is quite noisy Nice quality leather and was easy to assemble
