General description

Coir potting mix (coco coir) is an excellent material to enhance the porosity of potting mixtures. It serves as a superior growing and rooting medium for all types of plants.

  • Weight: 5 kg (please note that due to the nature of the product, there can be variation in the final weight)

    • Usage

    To use the coir potting mix, follow these steps:
  • Add 17-20 litres of lukewarm water to hydrate the coir potting mix brick. The water will be absorbed, and the brick will begin to break apart.
  • The 5kg brick will take approximately 30 minutes to expand.
  • Stir and fluff the coir, adding more water if needed.
  • Add the required nutrients to suit your plants.
  • Once hydrated, the coir can be placed directly in your garden or in a pot/container.
