Instruction:
1. To ensure optimal starting and extend pump life, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the pump inlet before use and rinse with clean water after each use.
2.Ensure the inlet hose is sealed and as short as possible; the hose should not exceed 9 feet (2.75 meters).
3.Operate within a temperature range of 5–49°C.
4.When pumping solidified abrasive or liquid, use a filter on the inlet line to extend the pump's lifespan.
5.It is recommended to install the pump on a surface for safe operation.
6.Install and start the drill.Observe if a certain amount of liquid in the oil inlet hose is drawn into the pump within 15–20 seconds.If not, check that the oil inlet hose is correctly installed on the oil inlet pump.Do not run dry.If the pump does not start, check that the hose is not kinked or blocked. The pump depends on whether the fluid is used for lubrication.
7.It is recommended that the rotational speed be between 1500 and 3500 rpm.The lift and flow rate are related to the rotational speed.The higher the rotational speed, the higher the flow rate.At 1500 rpm, the lift is about 1.5 meters and the flow is about 15 L per minute, at 3000 rpm, the lift is about 3 meters, the flow is about 30 L per minute. Note: Do not operate the pump in reverse.
8. Warning: Do not operate or drop the power cord into water while in water. Always stand on dry ground and keep all codes dry.
