Indeed it did the job but the problem I encountered was that I had to recharge it 4 times before my pool was completely emptied. So it's a good product but the charge should be more powerful to be able to do the job in one go. Good impression when opening the package, the water pump and its accessories appear solid. A charged battery, a classic garden hose fitted using the adapter provided, and onward! Very happy with the great ease of use. You plug in the battery, choose your suction mode, either charged water or clear water and activate! For my part tested in a 30m2 basement flooded to a height of 15cm, it took me around 1 hour to evacuate most of the water! What a joy to be able to find a solution at this price, without an electrical connection! The “loaded water” or “clear water” setting is simply done by rotating the pump, in 1 second. The selection of “classic” or “boost” suction mode allows you to meet different needs. Big plus: automatic shutdown! The water pump allows you to suck in clear water until there is 1 or 2mm of water remaining, I was afraid of damaging it if there was no more water and it sucked in more. the air. But thanks to its automatic shutdown system, this is not the case and that is downright reassuring! Small downside for the boost function which consumes battery, with a 4A battery, you need around 30 to 40 minutes of autonomy. When the volumes to be evacuated are significant this can pose a problem, it is better to have 2 batteries. Also tested for emptying a swimming pool under construction following a downpour, the pump also does well when the pipe is at a height in relation to the pumped water. Moreover, the 5m power supply between the battery box and the pump is very practical in this case because it leaves sufficient margin to immerse the pump and let it work. In terms of noise, it's quite quiet, not annoying in any case. In conclusion, good value for money for an easy-to-use pump.

It is suitable for water transfer, for garden watering. We can pump clear water as well as dirty water. However, to quickly evacuate a flooded cellar I think you need to take a superior model.
