Installation

We do not offer installation services. However, all our garden buildings are designed for the DIY market and come with full pictorial instructions. We recommend a flat, level, square concrete base with an allowance of at least 100mm on each side. For example, a 4m by 3m building would require a base of 4.2m by 3.2m. If you have concerns about how to fix your gazebo to the surface, you can use the L-Brackets included in your fixing pack to attach them to the feet of the upright posts. We advise against burying the timber into the ground.

Usage

To maintain the gazebo's longevity, it is recommended to apply a water repellent treatment to minimize moisture absorption and limit timber movement. Regular seasonal maintenance, such as tightening bolts, is also advised to ensure the structure remains secure. Make sure that it is properly treated before the rainy months.

Planning permission is generally not required for installation, but it is advisable to check with your local authority if in doubt.
