Published on 08/10/2024, United KingdomVery poor quality- I ordered 2 but after I put one together (took me about 2 hours) I decided to send the other one back because it was very poor (unstable shelves, flimsy frame, etc). Even worse - after contacting Manomano the supplier told me to arrange a courier to send it back (my experience with other suppliers is they arrange the return or at least send a return label). I contacted 8 couriers but non would return (I think because of size). Since the supplier did send it to me I contacted them 4 times by email and phone explaining the situation and asking if they would arrange pick up and return (I offered to pay) but they said no. So I’m now in the process of trying to sell it on Gumtree - poor product and poor customer care

Published on 10/07/2024, United KingdomLooks good when finished however there were a few manufacturing issues. One of the angled holes was not at the correct angle and I nearly came through the side panel with the screw. Another hole was not drilled but luckily the dowels and top held it in place. There was also a split in one of the side panels but I managed to glue this. Finally you only get 4 black studs instead of the 8 in the picture.
