TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Six stainless steel burners with combined power totalling 20.7 kW, that can be individually ignited and adjusted via the sleek rotary controls. Also includes a sturdy, double-walled hood keeping heat encased, along with a built-in thermostat providing you with more control to decide if you want your meat medium rare or well done.
