The grill didn’t fit the bbq as suggested and now I have to pay for the return

A birthday present to the boyfriend - he loves bbqing. Since his bday we have had non stop bbq's and he's used this plate so much. Brilliant for fish, veg and chicken (chicken doesn't fall through the grate now). Best bit? No washing up for me! Quality - very good.
