Product information
Description
6-Piece Mini Cutting Discs for Rotary Tools - Rotary Tool Accessories, Disc Drill Blades, and 3 Mandrel Rods. Made of high-speed steel. High-speed steel: hardened at a temperature of approximately 1205~1215℃, hardness 61~66.2HRC. The superior hardness and abrasion resistance extend the lifespan of the saw blades or mini circular saw discs. The cutting discs are designed for cutting wood, plastic, fiberglass, glass, aluminum alloy, soft metal, etc. Drill disc sizes: 22 (25, 32, 35, 44, 50) * 0.8 * 6.35 mm diameter; Inner diameter: 6.35 mm. Thickness: 0.8mm. Chuck Shank Size: 1/8 inch (3mm) and 1/4 inch (6mm). These cutting discs with a 3mm (1/8 inch) shank are compatible with most rotary tools, pneumatic tools, and electric grinders. Easy to install, these circular saw discs are suitable for DIY projects, craft enthusiasts, and anyone working with wood, aluminum, plastic, or other materials. Proper Use: The entire chuck shank must be inserted to its end to prevent unnecessary damage and injury. At high machine speeds, the chuck can bend or the cutting angle can become misaligned. Please tighten the screw on top before use to prevent unnecessary damage and injury, as electric grinders operate at high speeds. To meet various requirements, ensure safe operation, and extend the lifespan of HSS cutting blades and mini-saw blades, the rotation speed must not exceed 20,000 rpm. Diameter (in mm): 50. Blade material: Cemented carbide. Cutting type: Finish.
