【Important note】This is not a universal tool for Molex connectors. The DAP-D173 terminal release tool is designed for use with 4.20 mm (0.165 in) pitch Mini-Fit series crimp terminals (5556, 5558). For 3.0 mm (0.118 in) pitch Micro-Fit series crimp terminals, use DAP-D145 for male pins and DAP-D120 for female pins. Due to the wide variety of connectors available, ensure that the tooling is compatible with your connector to avoid inefficient operation and potential damage.
