General description This DC 6-24V Automotive Circuit Electrical System Tester is a versatile tool designed for testing voltage polarity, continuity of relays and diodes, fuses, and circuits. It can check lights, motors, trace and locate short circuits, test for bad ground, and measure DC voltage from 6V to 24V. The device features sound and flash reminders for use in low light conditions and includes short circuit protection that automatically cuts off power when the current exceeds 7A. Attach the black clip to the negative terminal of the car battery. Connect the car power probe to the point being tested in the 6-24V DC system. Usage Shake the power switch forward or backward to conduct positive and negative battery currents to the probe. Be cautious as sparks may occur when the pen tip touches the ground or certain circuits. Do not use the device near explosive gases, vapors, or dust. Not suitable for use with 110/220V indoor current; designed exclusively for DC 6-24V systems. Other information Reminder: Exercise caution to avoid sparks when using the device.
